20x Mountain climber: Start in high plank position, squeeze your glutes and pull your shoulders away from your ears. Pull your right knee into your chest. As the knee draws to the chest, pull your abs in even tighter so your hips don’t drop. Switching simultaneously so that you are in a “running” motion.

20 x Up-down plank: Start with planking on your forearms. Press one arm up on the palm them switch to the other one, non stop motion
